“Well, we’ll ring each other up another day”

“Well, we’ll ring each other up another day” is a multi channel audio installation where recordings of my father’s voice are woven together to create an architecture of sound. His voice is heard coming from different locations, percussively appearing and moving around, playfully layering with one another.
Site-specific, 14-channel audio installation (16m 18s). Handmade speakers were hidden from sight, behind curtains. The audio installation was exhibited alongside 18 ceramic objects from Dordrechts Museum’s archeological department.
